Emergency services raced to Caledonia Street in Paisley around 1.40pm on Friday July 14
. Officers were responding to reports that a man had been seriously assaulted.
Pictures taken from the scene showed forensic officers combing the scene while a blue forensic tent was erected outside flats on the street. Cops say they are following a positive line of enquiry.
