Toronto police are laying charges after a fatal shooting outside a high school in Scarborough in broad daylight.
It happened outside Woburn Collegiate Institute, near Markham Road and Ellesmere Road around 3:20 p.m. Monday. Police say a man was shot in front of the school and although police performed life-saving measures and he was rushed to hospital, he died.A teen boy was also hurt during the incident. He showed up at a nearby hospital with gunshot wounds and is now in stable condition.The teen suspect is charged with second-degree murder.Ctrl+Enter
