Seattle’s 2024 schedule may not be as favorable as others would have you think.
The 2024 schedule for the Seattle Seahawks has been out for months now but in case you forgot – or don’t feel like looking it up – here you go. Plenty of people have weighed in and I’ve seen a lot of analysis about how well this slate is laid out for the Seahawks to have a successful first season under new head coach Mike Macdonald. Is it though? The over/under for Seattle in 2024 is 7.5 wins. While that seems low, Vegas isn’t in the business of losing money.
Yes, I’m aware that Aaron Donald retired. They still have Sean McVay as the head coach and have always been a thorn in the Seahawks side going back to the early 2000’s. This could be a portion of the schedule where you feel good about how Seattle is playing but it’s not showing up in the win column. Late November and early December features a trip to the Big Apple to face the New York Jets sandwiched between the season series with the Arizona Cardinals. Seattle vs.
