Excitement is mounting as Africa’s first Netball World Cup is officially a couple of days away. All the action is taking place at Cape Town International Convention Centre from 28 July until 6 August.The City of Cape Town officially welcomed the competing nations to Cape Town during a flag ceremony last Friday, hoisting the flags of each participating nation.

There will be a hive of daily activities featuring live entertainment, interactive games and all sorts of activations from 07:00 until the end of the final NWC game of the day.Residents are reminded that due to the Netball World Cup and the Fan Park, a number of roads will be closed and traffic flow will be affected from 21 July to 7 August.Walter Sisulu Avenue, running in front of the CTICC will close to traffic from 25 July until 7 August 2023.
