Another dominant performance from our women’s hockey team. PEI dominated throughout, out-shooting the Northwest Territories 69-5. Goals were scored by Renee Chapman, Chloe Gallant, Taylor Hunter, Emily Gardiner, and Brooke Walsh. Petra Klimes , Megan Mossey , Chloe Gallant , Kali MacDonald, and Emily Gardiner added assists. Yiyi Peng was solid in net for the shutout. PEI will face NL tomorrow for first in their pool.

PEI got out to an early 3-0 lead after scoring a deuce in the first and stealing one in the second. Manitoba got one back in the third, but PEI answered with a pair in the fourth to take a 5-1 lead.
