He called the vaccines “experimental, dangerous, and poisonous” and said they shouldn’t be used, calling out the workers as “unethical in how they presented information on the vaccines and how they were offering the vaccines to students.” Nelson said the staff “should be ashamed of themselves.” When a nurse tried to calm him down, he walked up to her without a mask over his face, which was against the district’s COVID protocols, “and proceeded to yell and point his finger in the nurse’s face” with their faces only about 10 centimetres apart, far too close under physical distancing protocols.
