The singer will soon be coming to Liverpool's Anfield Stadium
The Taylor Swift city-wide takeover has officially begun as a new mural has been revealed in her honour.
The Fortnight singer is bringing her globally sold-out Eras tour to Liverpool's Anfield Stadium on three dates, June 13, 14 and 15. A huge Rrange of events, club nights and activities have been announced to mark the occasion but local businesses are also getting in on the action. The Phoenix Hotel in Kirkdale has revealed a towering mural of Taylor which will no doubt go down a storm with the singer. The Phoenix Hotel's manager teased they would be hosting three days of Taylor Swift fun with more details to be announced. Liverpool council chiefs are keen to make the most of the US star's visit and to extend a huge welcome to fans descending on the city. As part of the build-up, a series of workshops, information stands and even a free "Tay Day" at the University of Liverpool are being put on across the city.
