IN LOVING MEMORY: Freya and Finlay are running a half marathon every day in April to raise money for the mental health charity CALMFreya Gudge, 19, and her brother Finlay, 17, who live in, are running a half marathon every day in April to raise money for the mental health charity CALM. The pair will be running 13.1 miles for 30 days in a row.
The siblings hope to help others with their mental health after losing their dad to suicide last year. So far, they have managed to raise more than £2,000 for their chosen charity.Freya said:"We were startled by a knock on the door late at night. We looked out the window to see the police at the door.
"Then came a weird long wait of confusion and fear before we were told 'You no longer have a Dad...' Hearing those words completely broke us."To honour their dad's memory, the pair have chosen to raise money for CALM - Campaigning Against Living Miserably. CALM starts conversations using a non-clinical approach across different cultural channels like sport, music, comedy and fashion.
