Eastern Cape Premier Oscar Mabuyane warned that operating licences could be revoked if taxi bosses were not prepared to broker peace in the violence which claimed the lives of three taxi operators.Mabuyane asked police to deal decisively with"anarchist and gangster" taxi operators, who brought Mthatha to a standstill on Monday.
