The Doctor shared a picture of the note from the flowers she got from her husband. The note read; “Happy Valentine’s Day Baby! Thank you for our little girl. Now I have two favourite girls. The Nxumalos tied the knot in 2022 and become well-known among South Africa’s celebrity couple. The former beauty queen announced that they were expecting their first child on her 30th birthday. In an Instagram post, she revealed her growing baby bump alongside her husband. The video featured the couple smiling and looking overjoyed as they shared a glimpse of their baby’s ultrasound.
