When he isn’t busy at work Chuck spends his time entertaining friends and family. “In the spring and summer, I think of outdoor BBQs and cookouts at the lake where I like to prepare simple meals so people can walk around, enjoy, and just relax. I love to use King’s Hawaiian Rolls for this reason! Their rolls are perfectly fluffy and sweet, and they’re small enough to hold in your hands or pile a few on your plate, so they’re perfect for sweet or savoury recipes.
2. Be prepared. Always have some prep done ahead of time. I like to do that in the morning. I wash and dry lettuce, make burgers, cut up some veggies, prepare dips or vinaigrettes, so that if anyone pops in, I’m ready.
