San Antonio architect Don McDonald designed the 6,740-square-foot home near Castle Hills.

, a recipient of the John Staub Award for Residential Architecture for his work on the Broadway Office Development, near the Pearl. The 12-story building houses Credit Human, among other companies. There’s also another tower and a limestone building with a reflecting water feature.

Built in 1980, the four-bedroom and five-bathroom home sits on a little over an acre at 15 Parman Place in North Central San Antonio.Among the interior highlights of the home on Parman Place are the white oak floors, African mahogany doors at the entry and along the home’s gallery. There’s also a spa-like master suite and walk-in closet. Outside is a kitchen, fireplace and pool.
