JOHANNESBURG - In a major blow to the Proteas T20 World Cup preparations, fast bowler Kagiso Rabada has been ruled out of the Ireland series.He will continue with medical management and rehabilitation. Rabada will be closely monitored and it's hoped he will be fit for the 3-match England Test series later this month.
