Police found the 21-year-old’s body in the building’s parking lot.Brownlee is also accused of attempting to murder a California woman.
Brownlee has a criminal history that includes traffic violations and convictions for drug crimes that date back to an arrest when he was 15 years old. He has also been hit with a litany of other charges, including felon possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition. Brownlee is set to appear in court Jan. 3.
