In a shocking incident, a suspect stole an ambulance with a patient inside while emergency personnel were transferring the individual from a hospital. Police tracked the ambulance and apprehended the suspect outside Tshing's location. This incident follows another where two men in balaclavas robbed emergency personnel responding to a woman in labor, stripping their vehicle and leaving them tied up.
