A suspect believed to be in connection with a financial fraud investigation is standing on the ledge of a building in Manhattan.
A suspect wanted by the FBI is dangling from a window of a high-rise building in Midtown.A man is standing on the ledge of the 31st floor of a building on West 56th Street between 6th and 7th avenues.On Wednesday morning around 9 a.m. the FBI attempted to execute a search warrant. At some point, they say, the suspect broke the window of the 31st floor and went on to the ledge.
NYPD's negotiation team and Emergency Services Unit are still on the scene and an air cushion has been set up below the building.
