Police have arrested a woman they suspect carjacked another woman at a Clearfield gas station Sunday while the victim’s dog was still inside the vehicle.
Clearfield police arrested the 31-year-old suspected thief early Thursday and seized evidence after serving a search warrant. She invoked her right to remain silent and refused to speak with detectives about the carjacking, police said.
