Former fashion guru and TV star Susannah Constantine appeared on ITV Lorraine this morning to talk to Christine Lampard about her new memoir in which she reveals her close relationship with the Queen's sister, Princess Margaret.
She added: "It was to celebrate my engagement. And that was the loyalty and the relationship we both had. She wanted to check him out and make sure he was OK." Adding later: "She gave me the courage to be myself, because that’s exactly what she always was. She was rarely neutral and never dull. Princess Margaret died aged 71 in 2002, but her legacy may live on in Prince Harry, says former Royal Correspondent Jenny Bond.
