A Surrey woman was unable to get any city help Wednesday evening after spotting two Rottweilers running wild in her neighbourhood.
Chapman said she was a “huge fan of dogs” and went outside to see if she could locate the dogs’ owner. Chapman said she jumped onto her truck, while the two dogs went barking toward the side gate behind which were her dogs.
