Support Technician (Huawei/AD/Network/Servers) onsite contract (TB)

Developing, designing, and supporting network architecture and computer systems infrastructure .Support Microsoft 365 environment, including Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, etc.Ensure all backup strategy is adhered to and that all servers are backed up in accordance with the company’s Backup Management Standard.Performs disaster recovery operations.Design and implement monitoring, configuration management and reporting functions that will make a hands-off environment.

Managing project timelines, budgets, and documentation.Manage and maintain calls logged.Interact with customers and staff at the technical level, as required for IT-related questions or problems.Prepare various weekly and monthly reports as and when required.Microsoft Certifications or equivalent.Hypervisor qualification will be beneficial .3 – 5 years relevant experience required as a Support Technician.Implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Hypervisor cluster environments. .
