Five men and two boys are charged with carrying out an armed robbery spree late last year that spanned five cities in Cuyahoga County.

CLEVELAND, Ohio --

Three of the men identified in the indictment handed up Thursday -- Andre Lovett,19, Roderick Coleman, 20, and Tanell Matthews-Vance, 19 -- face racketeering allegations that accuse them of operating a criminal enterprise that targeted victims inside their cars. Lovett is accused of 17 counts of aggravated robbery. Coleman and Matthews-Vance are each charged with 13 counts of aggravated robbery.

Lovett, Coleman, Green and one of the teenagers pulled guns on a man as he sat in his car outside an apartment building parking lot at Cedar and Lee roads in Cleveland Heights on Oct. 19, prosecutors said. The man tried to run away, but one of the assailants chased him down and brought him back to the group, surveillance video of the incident released Thursday showed.

Two of those robberies, in which prosecutors said the group pistol-whipped a man who was sitting in his car in his driveway at West 31st Street and Sackett Avenue in Cleveland and robbed a 21-year-old man outside his apartment near Clarence and Detroit avenues in Lakewood, were also captured on video.

Lovett was wanted on a bench warrant issued when he failed to show up for an Aug. 2 arraignment in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court on aggravated robbery and other charges tied to an April incident, according to court records. Lovett was arrested in the case in June, and a Cleveland Municipal Court judge released him on a personal bond before his case was sent to county court. He is currently jailed on a $100,000 bond.
