The accused, Maganathan Padayachee, Sharnetha Harilall, and Sherilee Padayachee, are alleged to have withdrawn R2.59 million in credits from their Sun MVG loyalty cards at GrandWest and Sibaya casinos.

SunWest claims the accused exploited a malfunctioning slot machine to unlawfully accrue credits and that the MVG loyalty programme’s terms and conditions allow for adjustments or revocation due to malfunctions or errors
