Mamelodi Sundowns coach Miguel Cardoso has provided some clarity on Themba Zwane, Bafana Bafana's most experienced player
The 35-year-old has been out since October after suffering an Achilles injury against Congo Brazzaville in the African Cup of Nation Qualifiers.“Themba Zwane is obviously an important player for not only Sundowns but for South African football,” reported Sundowns manager Miguel Cardoso.“It was a very strong and hard injury, quite severe, and on this situation, the pressure is even worse. He is recovering well according to the programme but still time to go for sure.
