The pink and white bag, which was unlocked, was the size of a carry-on suitcase and is completely full of cash.

SINGAPORE: Police are looking for the owner of a suitcase containing more than RM500,000 that was found in a shopping mall in Petaling Jaya on Mar 20 .

The police were notified at around 8 am after the security guard, a Malaysian man in his 30s, found the luggage. He also said that there were no CCTV cameras facing the area where the suitcase was discovered, but the police are inspecting the cameras that face the entrance and exit of the car park. The police chief added that a deadline for claiming the money had not yet been set, but encouraged the bag’s owners to come forward before the process is implemented to deem the money as unclaimed.
