Sudbury man, 51, charged with impaired, dangerous driving causing death in relation to April collision
Police have laid charges in relation to a collision earlier this year in Oro-Medonte that killed a Tay Township woman.
Orillia OPP responded just before 5 a.m. April 7 to a two-vehicle, head-on collision on Highway 12 at Stage Coach Road.On Wednesday, police arrested a 51-year-old man from Sudbury, who has been charged with impaired driving causing death, dangerous driving causing death, and driving a motor vehicle with cannabis readily available.
