Police received a complaint about the driver on Tuesday afternoon
A driver from Chelmsford, Ont. is facing an impaired driving charged after being stopped on Second Line East on Tuesday afternoon.Officers responded and located a vehicle matching the description and conducted a traffic stop.
Officers had the driver provide two breath samples, which both resulted in exceeding the allowable limits. The driver, 37-year-old Kyle Case, has been charged with operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration .
