The “HugAgain” is a game changer for Kevin Eubanks and his family.

And it was. Since Eubanks’ emotional response to being able to hug his grandsons was captured and shared by Sisco, it has been viewed more than 4 million times. Eubanks said he believes the long-running global pandemic contributed to the outpouring of positive feedback about his experience with the HugAgain.
“He came in person to thank them for making a difference not only in his life but in so many other lives too,” she said.
