LONDON: Leeds have sacked manager Javi Gracia and appointed Sam Allardyce for the final four games of the season as they scramble to avoid relegation from the Premier League.
It was the first time Allardyce had been relegated from the Premier League in his 30-year managerial career and he left the Hawthorns six months into an 18-month contract. Allardyce is reported to have agreed a basic salary of £500,000 for his four games in charge, with a £2.5 million bonus if he can keep Leeds up.
