Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Stranger Things is preparing for its fifth and final season, and it needs one horror movie guest star from season 4 to return to give a satisfying conclusion to the villain’s story. Since season 1, Stranger Things left a bunch of questions about the Upside Down and the different creatures living in it, and season 4 arrived to answer most of these with the introduction of Henry Creel.
Stranger Things Season 5 Needs Robert Englund's Victor Creel Stranger Things season 4 saw exciting additions to its cast, and one that caused a very positive reaction from viewers was Robert Englund. Given Stranger Things’ 1980s influence and with Englund’s horror icon status happening back in the 1980s, it was fitting to have him in the series.
Robert Englund played the older version of Victor Creel, and he only appeared in one scene, when Nancy and Robin visited him at the asylum and learned his side of the story. Victor Creel’s story felt incomplete, and there’s still a lot to learn about him and his dynamic with his son, and as he was the one who, without realizing it, provided the Hawkins team with the clue to use music to break free from Vecna’s course, he could be of great use when defeating Vecna.
