World Cup-winning flyhalf Manie Libbok has put pen to paper on a new long-term deal with the DHL Stormers.
The talented playmaker has made a big impression in the No 10 jersey over the last three years and will continue to pull the strings for the Stormers until at least 2027.
Top points scorer in the last two seasons of the Vodacom URC, he was also voted the URC Fans’ Player of the Season in 2022-23. “Manie is one of the best players in the world in his position, but more than that he fits our game model and understands how we want to play so well,” he explained. “We have all seen what he can do at our level and on the international stage and at 26 he still has plenty of rugby ahead of him. We are thrilled that he will continue to do his thing in a DHL Stormers jersey and hope to see him reach even greater heights here.”
