Stellies were crowned Diski Challenge champions for the second time after edging Golden Arrows 4-3 in a nervy and dramatic final matchday on Saturday.Sundowns climbed to the top of the table after trouncing Moroka Swallows 6-0, a scoreline that boosted their goal difference, before the Western Cape side took to the field a few hours later at Tsakane Stadium.
Benadie, reacting to their second Diski title, suggested that after overcoming Masandawana in the junior ranks they will be coming for them in the Premiership next season, where they are currently second in the standings. "Mamelodi Sundowns is setting a hell of a base for all other clubs in the Premiership and we wanna try our best to get closer to them," he added.
