State given 4 months to finalise probe in R171m Fort Hare university fraud case
The Alice Magistrate's Court has warned that it will strike the University of Fort Hare fraud and corruption case from the roll if the State's investigation is not finalised within four months.
This emerged on Thursday when 16 people accused in connection with the allegations appeared before Magistrate Eras Venter in the Eastern Cape court, sitting in Dimbaza near Qonce .
