In celebration of its 40th anniversary, Star Wars: Episode VI — Return of the Jedi is returning to theaters & we have full release date info.
Screenings for Return of the Jedi’s 40th anniversary will take place between April 28-May 4, 2023 in the United States, and April 28-May 1, 2023 in the United Kingdom. Tickets will presumably go on sale soon, although no exact information is available yet.
The film was a massive success after its release, and cemented the original Star Wars trilogy as one of the greatest sci-fi trilogies ever. In 2021, the film was selected by the United States Library of Congress for preservation in the National Film Registry.
