Who's destroying the ships in Lower Decks?

An incredibly powerful new enemy has been introduced in Star Trek: Lower Decks season 4, but it's possible that they're actually an old foe in possession of some new technology.
8 The Breen Star Trek: Deep Space Nine established the Breen as supremely powerful beings capable of bringing an entire armada to its knees. In DS9 they were able to power down a number of Starfleet vessels, leading to the loss of the original USS Defiant. The hostile alien species were last seen in the penultimate episode of Star Trek: Lower Decks season 3, after a Cerritos away team discovered their occupation of the planet Brekka.
6 Badgey Like William Boimler, the return of Badgey was teased in Star Trek: Lower Decks season 3. Perhaps the same ship that salvaged Badgey from the wreckage of the Battle of Kalla is the same ship that is now picking off Klingons and Romulans. The psychotic hologram is still looking for vengeance against his "father", Ensign Sam Rutherford and a mystery attack ship would certainly grab his attention.
4 Pakleds If Star Trek: Lower Decks has a big bad, it's surely the Pakleds, who have repeatedly created trouble for the crew of the USS Cerritos. They were last seen framing Captain Carol Freeman for the destruction of Pakled Planet. While it's arguable that the Pakleds wouldn't have the intelligence to build such a devastating weapon, it wouldn't be surprising at all if they'd stolen it.
