The Rams have designated wide receiver Cooper Kupp to return from injured reserve, opening the 21-day practice window during which the team will decide whether to activate him or leave him on IR.

"Those are different things," McVay said last week."And we want him to be able to return to performance at the level that he's capable of." Kupp has not played in a game since Week 10 of 2022 after an ankle injury ended his season. He had 75 catches for 812 yards and six touchdowns in those nine games.
