The chippy will operate from a new location
STAFF at a Knightswood takeaway that was destroyed in a fire last month are set to return to work this week.Club will be back serving the local community on Friday - just a couple of doors down from the burnt-out shop.
The nearby Lincoln Inn is launching a new food service called 'Chippy at The Lincoln' which will be staffed by former workers at Freddie's. The service will run every Friday and Saturday between 4pm and 9pm, with"Knightswood's favourite fryer" making a grand return. The Great Western Road takeaway was gutted in a devastating blaze on the morning of Thursday, February 2.
