Housing agency underperformed, says Mmamoloko Kubayi
New human settlements minister Mmamoloko Kubayi is determined to get the Housing Development Agency , tasked with acquiring, developing and releasing land and buildings for human settlement, onto sound footing, with the first step being the appointment of a new board that will drive a turnaround strategy.
