Monthly 50/50 draw is underway to help meet the local share of the new $20 million rehabilitation facility to be constructed on Lasalle Boulevard

St. Joseph's Continuing Care Centre of Sudbury has voiced congratulations to Riitta Horner as the most recent winner of the popular 50/50 draw for the month of July 2022.

Horner is the happy recipient of $2,205 in the draw that was held on Tuesday. All the funds raised in the draw will be directed toward the new 36-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility to provide much-needed relief to our community’s acute care hospital, said SJCCC.. The new $20 million building will be located at 319 Lasalle Boulevard in Sudbury. In the coming months, SJCCC will be announcing a formal capital campaign to help raise the local cost share in the amount of $2.7 million.

SJCCC is asking the community to support the effort by purchasing 50/50 tickets at stjoessudbury5050.ca. An early bird draw will be held on August 15. A full list of winners is available online.
