The St. John’s Regional Fire Department has named Paul Chaytor as the department's new deputy chief of support services. ContributedThe St. John's Regional Fire Department has named a new deputy chief of support services.
Deputy Chief Paul Chaytor joined the fire department in June 1994 and has served in several positions within the department during his 28-year career, including as a firefighter, fire lieutenant and his most recent position as platoon chief. Chaytor has also been a part of multiple specialty teams, including surface water rescue and confined space.
SJRFD Fire Chief Sherry Colford is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Deputy Chief of Support Services. Deputy Chief Paul Chaytor will oversee the Divisions of Training, Fire Prevention and 911 Communication.
