Then grabbing it, he fired the ball off to a teammate and sprinted up court. Ring got the ball back at the three-point line and glided to the Tigers rim for an easy score.“I'm loving it. I'm having lots of fun,” he said of his return to the team. When he wasn’t playing basketball, Ring found he missed the game and the people he got to be around through the sport.“While I was away … it was a tough time.”

“I'm liking it. I think I can obviously be a lot better. I really do,” he said. “I had an OK first half , but I expect to have a bigger second half.” On the season, the Sea-Hawks sit in sixth place in the AUS. Their six points have them tied with Cape Breton University and just four points behind the fifth place University of New Brunswick.

Ring is confident his team is going to bounce back after the Christmas break and start catching people’s attention.
