Spurs' DeMar DeRozan has been fined $25,000 by NBA for throwing ball toward official on Saturday night.The incident occurred during the fourth quarter of the Spurs’ lopsided Game 4 defeat to the Denver Nuggets on Saturday.
With five minutes to go in the game and the Spurs down 18, DeRozan was called for a charge on the Nuggets’ Gary Harris while driving to the basket. In retaliation to the call, DeRozan threw the ball across the court in the direction of the official. He was ejected from the game.More from Sportsnet
