Postecoglou, who has previously shared a tale about his memorable save with lower-league English side, Southend United, is certainly an expert on the game and the job in real life. The Australian mentor was asked to give his opinion on how he approaches; press conferences, training, transfers, team meetings, squad dynamics, tactics, matchdays, scouting, talking to the board, and lastly, team talks on FM 24.
His answers also give Football Managers insight as to how to go about things and gives them a glimpse into Postecoglou's managerial approach in the real world.Ange:"Yeah, don't talk to the press, talk to the fans. So, I kind of ignore the questions and just say what I want to say." Ange:"Love it, it's where you prepare. Where all the magic kind of happens to make sure you're ready." Ange:"Short, to the point and I don't mind getting creative.
