The Springboks produced a mixed display marked by excellence and errors to ultimately take down Ireland in the first of their two Tests on South African soil. Playing in their first match at home since winning the World Cup and becoming the first-ever four-time champions, Siya Kolisi and his Springbok team put on a show of attacking play; but that was cancelled out by an error-strewn, ill-discipline second half showing by the South Africans., the stage is set for an epic battle of wills in the second Test at Kings Park in Durban next week.
