For the past 15 years, the Thuthuka Bursary has funded academically talented African and Coloured learners and students who want to become chartered accountants [CAs(SA)]. If you are one of them, don’t delay; the applications window for the 2021 intake has been extended until 30 August 2020.
The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants is constantly working to fix the member demographics of the chartered accountancy profession to be reflective of those of the country through its renowned Thuthuka Bursary.
These are not the only people who can attest to the blessing that Thuthuka has brought into their lives. To date, Thuthuka has supported over 3 900 African and Coloured students of which: academic support, including various academic enrichment programmes such as additional tutorials, study skills workshops and moreaccess to dedicated programme manager exposure to experienced chartered accountants and business leaders as mentors
