SINGAPORE: Law and Home Affairs Minister K Shanmugam has asked the Singapore Police Force to investigate claims made by a police officer, who said he faced racial discrimination and bullying at the workplace, among other allegations.

A 36-year-old man, who was identified as a police officer, was found lying motionless at the foot of the block and was transported to the hospital, where he died the same day.Uvaraja Gopal and offered his deepest condolences to his family. “He has put up a post, which amongst other things, says he faced racial discrimination in SPF. These and other allegations are serious,” Mr Shanmugam wrote.
