Ishaq, 27, Alsip, was arrested June 23 on accusations of aggravated domestic assault and criminally damaging property after threatening an elderly person with a cane and smashing the other person’s belongings, police said.
STOLEN CAR: A 23-year-old Chicago man ended a high-speed chase in a stolen car June 19 by running a red light and colliding with another car at 95th Street and Kedzie Avenue, police said. Officers accused Armon A. Cato of aggravated possession of a stolen motor vehicle after catching him in a nearby yard, police said.
FRAUD: A 44-year-old Chicago woman who left an active duty service person owing $40,000 in back rent when she skipped out on a lease has been charged with aggravated identity theft, police said. Nicole Denson, who altered the service person’s identification to lease a town house in April 2023, turned herself in June 24, police said.
