The Dayun S5 Mini SUV will come with a three-year or 60 000km service plan and warranty. Priced below R400 000, it looks set to be the most affordable EV in South Africa when it launches. Currently, South Africa’s least expensive EV is the GWM Ora, priced at R687 000. Enviro Automotive also offers a range of last-mile delivery vehicles. Sales representative Francois Malan of Enviro Automotive told TechCentral the company is in talks with a few firms interested in buying the vehicles. –
