This prestigious accolade places AGSA among a select group of 2,400 organizations worldwide that are making a significant impact on the lives of over 13 million employees across 125 countries.
The Institute's rigorous evaluation assessed AGSA's approach across six human resource domains and 20 topics, including people strategy, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, learning, and work environment. \This recognition marks a significant milestone for AGSA, achieved in its inaugural year of assessment. It serves as a testament to the organization's unwavering commitment to its employees and the positive workplace culture it has cultivated. AGSA's Chief People Officer, Lindiwe Miyambu, emphasized the value of this certification, stating it provides a valuable baseline for continuous improvement in its human resource practices.
