A man was wounded in a shooting incident that took place on Friday, 5 May, 2023, on the corner of Napier and Somerset Streets in Green Point, Cape Town:
According to reports, the victim was shot by unidentified assailants upon exiting his vehicle and subsequently fled into a nearby shopping centre. It is uncertain whether the shooting incident was linked to gang-related activity.
