Mampintsha issued a statement apologizing after a video of him hitting Babes Wodumo went viral on social media.
"I have been in a shell from the time of the incident till today because I am beyond shameful and disappointed in myself for allowing my emotions to get the better of me", read the statement.
Mampintsha added that he is praying for everyone who is using this 'tragic' incident for their own gain.Mampintsha is out on bail and has also laid a counter-charge against Babes.
